Each item in our shop is crafted with care and attention to detail. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Because our products are handmade to order, please allow [3–7 business days] for production before shipping. For larger or custom orders, processing times may vary slightly—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather.
International Shipping:
    •    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
    •    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Packaging
Each order is thoughtfully and securely packaged using eco-conscious materials where possible. If you're sending a gift, leave us a note at checkout—we’re happy to include a handwritten note or gift wrap!
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
Lost, stolen or damaged
Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they are marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [X days] with photos and order details so we can assist you.
Wrong address disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Damaged or incorrect order
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns or refunds on the following:
    •    Custom or made-to-order items
    •    Digital downloads (if applicable)
    •    Gift cards
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production or shipped.
